Police Called to Resolve Dispute Between 'Star Wars' and 'Doctor Who' Fans, No Force Was Used
Police were called to calm Star Wars and Doctor Who fans at a science fiction convention in Norwich, UK, after the two groups got into a heated argument, the BBC reports. A Norfolk Police spokesman said the police responded to claims a man was assaulted at the convention, held at the University of East Anglia, organized by the Norwich Star Wars Club.
